Hello Co-Op Families,
I was born in Salem, Oregon and raised in both Eugene/Springfield and Butte Falls, Oregon. My mother worked at the Co-Op when I was younger, and I attended the Co-Op from Preschool through School Age, so I’ve been around the Co-Op for a long time. While attending the University of Oregon and studying Family and Human Services, I heard that the Co-Op was looking for more student staff members. I applied and began working here as an aide. I loved working here so much that I decided to take after my mom and applied for a lead position, and began working as the Preschool lead here in 2025.
The Co-Op is my first experience teaching, but I’ve been around childcare my whole life thanks to my mom, and I’ve always wanted to be a teacher. I love getting to work and play with the kids every day, and I am especially appreciative to work for a place like the Co-Op where everyone is so loving and supportive. I couldn’t be more grateful to be a part of this community and to have been a part of it for so long.
Outside of work, I can often be found reading, crafting, or hiking and getting outdoors with my fiancé Alex. We love going to various different beautiful places and hope to go on many crazy adventures! I also have a passion for collecting. I collect Lego, rubber ducks, and rocks of various different kinds.
